Jay Taragin

Our Chief Financial Officer, Jay Taragin, has held this position since inception and is also the CFO of M. Klein and Company, which he joined in May 2019. Mr. Taragin is also the CFO of Churchill Capital Corp IX (Nasdaq: CCIX) and Churchill Capital Corp XI (Nasdaq: CCXI), blank check companies which respectively, raised $287.5 million and $414 million in its initial public offerings in May 2024 and December 2025. Mr. Taragin was also the CFO of Churchill Capital Corp X (Nasdaq: CCCX), a blank check company which raised $414.0 million in its initial public offering in May 2025, and completed its initial business combination in February 2026 with Infleqtion, (NYSE: INFQ) a company developing neutral atom-based technology to provide improvement in computing and precision sensing applications.
